Owners and their key staff members will spend two days at a private venue in San Antonio immersed in an atmosphere conducive to abundance, new ideas, and application. Stephanie Scheller, founder of the GROW Retreat said, “We always put people on stage who have accomplished something or done something substantial and are willing and able to share how others can do the same. I wanted an event to attend where you get content, application, and access that you don’t get anywhere else, so that’s what I created.”
The theme of GROW 2020 is Immersion. Baseball team owner, Jesse Cole, will share how the unique culture he created to keep his staff of temporary employees fired up made the Savannah Bananas not just a baseball team, but the only team in their league to sell out every game two years in a row. Returning for the 2nd year in a row is Mike Michalowicz, author of “The Pumpkin Plan”. Mike will show attendees how to create a strong customer base organically. Dean McFlicker, the mastermind behind “The Voice” and hundreds of other TV shows, will share 5 Steps to Create a Phenomenon. Other speakers include Garrett Gunderson of the Wealth Factory, award-winning TV host Cindy Ashton, business coach Dana Pharant, and a speaker that is yet to be announced. All speakers will be accessible to attendees throughout the conference in addition to their keynote speeches and workshops.
