Royal Agio Cigars announced that they will begin shipping a new limited edition: Balmoral Anejo XO Oscuro Lancero Flag Tail (FT) Edicion Limitada.
The introduction will take place during Intertabac in Dortmund. For export markets only 400 individually numbered 10-count boxes are available. Other markets will receive a restricted number of boxes as well.
The Balmoral Anejo XO Oscuro Lancero FT ( length 178 mm, ring gauge 40) is wrapped with a premium Mexican San Andrés Negro leaf and is blended with a Dominican Olor binder and Nicaraguan, Dominican and Brazilian Mata Norte fillers. Tasting notes refer to dark chocolate, espresso and dark pepper.
When asked about this limited production cigar, Boris Wintermans (CEO Royal Agio Cigars) stated: “we are very excited for this release based on the previous success of the sought-after vitola, because the size and the shape of Lancero provides a unique way to experience the sophisticated and complex Balmoral Anejo XO Oscuro blend. “
Balmoral Añejo XO Oscuro blends are also offered in the following regular production vitolas – Petit Robusto FT, Corona, Rothschild Masivo, Gordo, Gordito, Gran Toro and Torpedo Mk 52.
All Balmoral Anejo XO cigars are handmade at the Royal Agio Cigars’ factory in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic.
